We are always looking for the absolute best Destiny 2 players to join our team. You should be in the top 5% of the players in the game. If you are the gamer that all of your friends go to when they need help, we want to talk to you.

Expert Professional Conduct

As a DCLFG Expert you will act like a professional in a professional environment. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior which will result in an immediate termination.

It is very rare that we have had to fire anyone for inappropriate behavior but, activities that will get you fired on the spot include but are not limited to:

  • Being disrespectful to or using foul language with a customer.
  • Being disrespectful to a coworker.
  • Streaming while working for us.
  • Using a customer account for anything other than completing their job.
  • Customer theft.
  • Not following the rules of conduct on how to perform your job.
  • Sharing confidential information about us our customers anywhere for any reason.
  • In general: don’t be a d*ck, practice the golden rule, and you will be fine.

Expert Requirements

Here are the requirements to apply to work for us.

  • You Must Be 18

    You need to be 18 years of age and be able to prove that. We do not hire underage experts no matter how good you are. If you are the best player in the world, but you are not 18, come find us on your 18th birthday.

  • You Must Provide ID

    You are applying for a job, so, we need to know exactly who you are. You are going to have to provide a photo ID as well as some other information to us. We won’t ask for that until you have been tested, interviewed and hired.

  • Public Bungie Stats

    Your bungie profile should be public to view. Search for your own gamertag and make sure it shows up on the bungie site here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Search

  • Raid Report & Destiny Tracker

    The first thing we are going to check is your stats on both https://raid.report/ and https://destinytracker.com/. Make sure you are visible there. Also if your stats do not show you as an elite player, you will not be hired.

  • Choose A Specialty

    It has been our experience that PvP players are typically great at PvE and PvE players are not typically great at PvP. If you do pick both when you apply you should make sure you are absolutely great at both. If you pick both and you are not great at both that’s not going to end well. Just pick a specialty, that’s the safe bet.

  • Discord & Twitch

    Having a discord account is a requirement to work here. , it’s how we will communicate with you so you should sign up for that before you apply. Twitch is not a requirement and you should never, ever stream while you are working on one of our customers accounts. If you do, that is an immediate cause for removal.

How to know if you are hired?
