DESTINY 2 SHADOW KEEP Nightmare Hunt
Nightmare Hunt found in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Season of the Undying. In addition to the new release that does NOT originate from the original Destiny but has a strange similarity all its own. You, as a Guardian, will receive immensely powerful equipment with these playthroughs, so pay attention.
What Is a Nightmare Hunt?
Nightmares are experiences for your guardians that are packed with enemies that have been defeated in previous playouts. You are hunting these stronger versions of old foes to complete the missions. This element of the game filled with creepy content that may be best if played in a room accompanied by someone. I wouldn’t even turn the lights off. These previous foes are back with a vengeance and play a bit of a head game on the Guardians who dare to run through the Hunts.
The “Beyond” stage recommended at the power level of 850, so once you have played through the first of the Nightmare Hunts as part of the storyline, you can begin the real boosting.
There are four different difficulty levels for the Nightmare Hunts. They are as follows:
- Adept- October 1st
- Hero- October 8th
- Legend- October 8th
- Master- October 15th
With each level you will be facing enemies in teams of three, heads up. Bring your best players with you.
The toughest of Nightmare Hunts, found on Legend or Master difficulty, are going to require a well-planned fireteam. You are going to need to reach the Power mark of 950 to make it past these enemies. That goes for everyone else in your crew.
Make up a team of powerful Guardians to help you face these Nightmare Hunts beginning at the bottom and working your way up. Challenge you and your team are meant to grow and adapt to the different challenges. As the terrain shifts to something more intense, you should be prepared for the worse. Working through the previous Hunt’s should have strengthened your skills and Power, making your Guardian ready for the Master battles. That’s the idea anyway.
There are exclusive modifiers that are available to you and your teammates. These can affect specific team buffs and nerfs, weakening enemies or boosting fellow members in battle. Don’t pass them by, being too worried about the foes that you might find. When entering this playing field, keep yourself alert as it has a comfortable layout that can lead to even the best of players rolling right past essential gear and equipment.
The modifiers will rotate every week, just as the Crucible playlists do. To keep things new and exciting for players, so don’t worry. There will be reasons to keep coming back.
Why Play Nightmare Hunts?
These hunts are meant to help players increase their levels, as well as obtain bonus material for the game. Numerous items can be found up here and nowhere else, so stay with it. The Hunts are suitable for being worked through every day as they can help a player excel in Power and loot over a small amount of time.
