How the site works
We take your account’s security very seriously. Our expert consist of trusted players that work exclusively for Destiny Carries LFg. Our reputation means everything to us and we have safely conducted thousands of account recoveries for our customers.
We completely understand that there is an amount of trust that needs to be given to let a stranger on your account. If you are concerned, we highly suggest taking a look at our feedback! We would also recommend changing your password to something temporary, and then changing it again when we complete your service.
Our team has a strict policy to not tamper with any of your Account/Gamertags general settings. Your weapons and armor will not be infused into other gear. We may use an Item Manager (such as DIM or Ishtar Commander) to move items around or put things in the vault to make space. Also, we may change controller settings.
We try our best to complete all orders within 24hrs of payment. Some services may require longer to get to such as pinnacle weapons or other less popular services. Also, we occasionally get a high volume of orders for newer services which may slow our completion times.

Yes your data is safe. We use the latest security encryption on the site and it protected by the best firewalls and Antivirus and malware software available. It is protected by Cloudflare Web Application Firewall
We are owned by Unmatched Gaming LLC formed in the state of Florida. A fully licensed and registered business. We are not hiding like some of the sites out there. The best way to get comfortable with our service is to read the reviews of others. It may be possible to get your order done faster if you have Cross-Save enabled. If you do please reply to this email with all the systems you have Cross Saved enabled and their account information. This may help us to get your order done faster.

Credit Card Security Checks and Orders
When you log into our site Destiny Carries LFG and click on the account and select “My Account” and next click on “Orders” you will see that your requested Items is in processing state. What this means is we are verifying that the charge for the item passes all of the credit card required before the order status is changed to complete.
Order Status Completed
Next step you will see the order status will change to complete. That status means that the order has passed the credit card checks and now has been sent to an expert Que to complete the order. This does not mean the order is completed.
First email states that you order has been assigned to an expert for completion. Next when the expert is about to login you will get and email stating the expert is about to begin your order. At that point please log off your device and wait for an email stating that the expert has completed your order. Once you receive that email you are all set the order is complete. Log back in and enjoy your new Item or Items.
You may receive an email stating the Expert is taking a break but will be back on soon. This email is saying the expert is taking a break and soon will be back on. This is because some items may take a little longer to complete and we all need to sleep and eat. If you receive this you are free to log back in and play but please don’t lose any progress. If you do you will have to pay to get that progress back.
Job Progress Reports
Job Progress Reports can be found in the same area as Orders but at the very bottom. Again, click on the Person Icon at the top of the site and Click My Account and look at the bottom for Job Progress Report. This is used for you to see the progress of your order. Our site logs activities that are done on your account. Once you click on Job Progress Reports you will see your order numbers and Job/Events and Actions View Job and Job Report. Order Id is the Order Number of your order. Job/Event is a Short Description of the activity. Action View Job gives you information about the order and Job Report gives the logs of the order.
Request for Code email
You may receive a request for a code email from Destiny Carries LFG. This is used to request a Code from the customer so the expert can get log into the account. When you receive the email, it will contain a link back to the site where you can enter the code and hit submit. This will send the code to the booster so they are able to get logged on. Please remember you need to be logged into Destiny Carries LFG site in order to send the code.
Request for Credentials emails
You may receive a request for credentials email from Destiny Carries LFG. This is used if the booster is having issues with the login information. If you receive this email be sure to test the login information and click the link in the email and add the information in the submission form. This will send trigger the expert to go to the site secure storage area and get the tested credentials. Please remember you must be logged in to post the reply.
