When is Destiny 2 Weekly Reset?

Destiny 2 has weekly resets listed below and are for most areas in the world divided into their regions. They are;

  • The United States – 1:00 p.m. (Eastern)
  • Europe (CET) – 6:00 p.m.
  • The United Kingdom (Britain) – 5:00 p.m.

Destiny 2 sometimes needs maintenance or patches which occurs one hour or so before the reset times listed above. Players are usually removed by disconnects until the completion of all maintenance tasks.

Sometimes there are special launches and the same method of stopping active players from the game will occur.

All players can return to play after the launch event ends or maintenance completes.

The challenges for the weekly reset are not for the faint of heart. They are tough, concentrated and rewarding.

Here are some of them;

  • Weekly nightfall – finish a nightfall
  • Weekly flashpoint – finish the activities at your selected destination.
  • Clan rewards – earn 5,000 XP for your clan if you can complete clan bounties.
  • Crucible – means you completed five matches.
  • Heroic Story Mission – means you completed 3 heroic story missions.
  • Gambit – complete 3 matches.
  • Strike Challenge – finish 3 strikes is in the same sub-class light element and be a team member. (There can be modifiers for this one).

Destiny 2 Reset Timer

The use of Destiny 2 reset timer is because the game is a grinding game. Grinding allows players to get better rewards.

This results in your character becoming more and more powerful as you rise through the ranks.

Destiny 2 reset timer is a way to combat too much power and skills accessed too soon.

The company goals were to even the endgame grind but does it work? For the most part, it works.

There are new Destiny 2 reset timer milestone objectives and some wins come with incredible weapons.

The Destiny 2 reset timer was always about a new way to earn a lot of higher end rewards while allowing players to be consistent but grow in the game.

The power levels mean you gain milestone rewards regardless of how low or high your power level is.

Most players want to receive benefits and rewards when beating challenges and missions. Now they don’t have to wait until they are at a power level which would take months or years to get to.

Destiny Reset

Destiny reset and Destiny 2 reset has everything from podcasts to forums. All dedicated to helping others become the best destiny players.

Each objective is the same, but the method of getting there is different depending on the person using it.

No two gamers play the same way. Each one of them will have a different strategy, good luck charm or precise mode of operation.

There is almost no way to predict who may will a challenge or who will complete a mission even if you know their power level.

But there are some things which happen every week which cause issues in the game. In the week of 05/10/19 there was;

  • An issue with Arbalest, Collection and the Annual Pass. Players were unable to reclaim the Arbalest from their Exotic Collection if they didn’t own the Forsaken Annual Pass.
  • An issue with the opening sequence of the Revelry Jubilant Engrams. There were a lot of players given duplicate items.
  • An issue with Arc Emote bundles having the wrong Emote.

There are more ongoing issues every day and every week with Destiny 2. But thus far, Bungie has been responsive and helpful.

If this changes, we will let you know because our job is to make sure you get to enjoy the missions without having to worry about the technical glitches.
