To start the Outbreak Perfected exotic quest, you’ll need to make sure the “Bad Neighbors” Heroic Mission is available on Titan. 8. Complete Zero Hour Mission – The Old Tower
Outbreak Perfected continues in Destiny 2 new exotic quest for the exotic pulse rifle. While the Thunderlord mission had us revisit the old wall from the original Destiny introduction sequence, accepting this mission will send you to the old Destiny tower. You only have 20 minutes to complete the mission, so be ready! It’s a very, very hard battle where you fight against power level 690 enemies.
Enemies will have a lot of Shock shields, so we recommend using Riskrunner if you have it. Be ready for a lot of enemies, Servitors, and a Fallen tank.
There’s also a ton of platforming so be ready for that! The video above shows Professor Broman’s completion if you’re unsure which direction to go in.
Complete the complete mission and you’ll obtain the Outbreak Perfected at power level 700! Enjoy!
After that, go back and beat the Heroic version for the Outbreak Perfected catalyst!
